Separate reviews and discussion
Each signed-in member can maintain one current review per product, brand or seller. Discussion replies do not affect ratings. Reviews include overall, quality, description accuracy, value and service scores from 1 to 5.
Scoring
The public score is the arithmetic mean of published reviews from active members. The distribution and count are shown. Pending and blocked reviews are excluded. The optional internal ranking estimate uses a 3.5 prior with weight 5; it is not displayed as the public average.
Evidence and moderation
Purchase experience is self-reported unless an administrator records independent supporting evidence. Businesses cannot delete or approve reviews about themselves. Verified representatives and the reviewer may submit separately moderated responses. Factual negative reviews and positive reviews follow the same rules.
